Experience in technical troubleshooting, Windows systems, PC hardware, networking, and database-backed applications.
About
I graduated magna cum laude from Tennessee Technological University in December 2024 with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Social Sciences. I'm experienced in diagnosing technical issues, deploying and configuring software, maintaining equipment, and documenting technical information.
As a software engineer intern at Scenic Foods, I led a team of undergraduate engineers building and deploying a Direct Store Delivery system in C# and ASP.NET Core. After that I spent a year as an analytical scientist at Pace, where I troubleshot and calibrated laboratory instruments, handled client communication, and introduced barcode-based sample logging.
I communicate comfortably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, pick up new technologies quickly, and work well independently or as part of a team. I'm currently studying for the CCNA certification and looking for real-world experience in technical support/networking.
